The Beelzebumons have long had their X-antibody forms, so it was about time one was given to Impmon. It's basically an even cartoonier looking Impmon with an edgier fashion sense, and I'm not just saying that: its profile states that it believes the scarf and the eyepatch contribute to its "aloof aura," and it also believes that taking off the eyepatch "unleashes its true power." It doesn't.
