GYUKIMON
NEW SPIDER!!! Gyukimon is a new evolution for Dokugumon, giving it both the classic Arukenimon and this more "masculine" option, a monstrous giant spider with basically a whole minotaur sprouting Nuckelavee-style from the top of the arachnid's head. Like Arukenimon and Dokugumon, this references the yokai "Ushi-oni," which combines spider and bull characteristics.
The minotaur body is pretty gnarly; it has rotten looking purple skin, its eyes are concealed by a tattered white cloth, one arm has a cannon built into it, the other has a metal brace and it's bandaged in multiple places, all kind of like it was only just surgically grafted to the big bug part.
The cow man hat is the most memorable and striking feature, but don't let it distract you from just how sick the arthropod looks. It has a similarly "blindfolded" face, eyes covered by the same bandages that fuse it to the cow guy's waist, but under those bendages are a sharp-toothed mouth with a pale blue, skeletal lower jaw and drooling tongue. Its frontmost pair of limbs are short, three-clawed purple hands that it holds like mandibles to either side of its maw, and it also has long, unkempt white hair. The rest of it is a thickly armored looking abdomen with four glass tubes protruding from it, filled with green fluid, and its remaining six limbs are pleasantly chunky as well as colorfully mis-matched; a pair of bandaged green limbs with large claws, a pair of shaggy purple ones with multiple leather belts, and finally a pair of larger, thick arthropod legs almost more like those of a mole cricket than a spider.
There's a simultaneous "ancient sealed demon" and "escaped lab experiment" aesthetic to this monster, and as much as I love Arukenimon, this really does match Dokugumon a lot better. Arukenimon just ought to have been an Ultimate, really, or we need an Ultimate that works equally well for both.
