This is unfortunately the first D-Reaper agent I'm just ambivalent towards. It sort of just looks like it could have been an actual digimon, and even by those standards, it's just a very subtly bug-like humanoid. I guess you gotta have at least one more conventional-looking creature in a group, sometimes. It's also intended to evoke a military commander.

The one interesting, kind of unsettling thing about Horn Striker is that it grows larger every time it sustains a nonlethal injury, by basically inflating like a balloon. That's, uh, special, Horn Striker.
