Bogleech.com's 2013 Horror Write-off:

"Scrap of Paper Exuding Surprising Amounts of Negative Energy"

Submitted by Ben Jeffrey

Gaudy plastic flowers, tied to a lamp post. A roadside memorial for one driving too fast. I heard him before I saw him, he was screaming, struggling. His face bloody and body contorted, he was still living out that pain, but now he was bound by those gaudy plastic flowers. His hands mangling though they were, scratched and jabbed out at the twine that held them, longing for an escape but the plastic just held him tighter, reliving the pain again and again. It wouldn’t let him forget.

I ran but remembered, and I remember to this day.

No Flowers

No Flowers on my grave.
