CLASS: BIOCONSTRUCT

   Only capable of movement by an awkward, bird-like hopping, this monster prefers to lie in ambush and attack with its hook-tipped chains that can extend up to twenty feet. It feeds by bathing itself in the blood and gore of a dismembered victim, pulsing loudly as it absorbs the fluids. It is most commonly employed as a security system, perched on rafters where its hooks can dangle or buried in loose soil near others of its kind. It is also skilled at fishing.
