One of the only monsters originally created by another monster, the Madcap are descended from a similar but far more powerful creature that was ultimately destroyed by its own spawn. Constantly giggling from both mouths, there seems to be nothing they do not find uproariously funny.

Madcap are able to implant false memories in the minds of other sentient beings, and delight in driving humans to commit atrocious crimes for reasons that never existed.
