One of the largest and strongest of all Jokers, Locomeleon rely more on brute force and their prehensile tongues than on mind-warping trickery, though the pulsing, shifting patterns on their skin can cause intense dizziness in onlookers. Molecular hooks on their hands and feet allow them to climb any surface, and their large bodies are surprisingly lightweight. They have a constant desire to hang upside-down, and can flatten carpet-like against a solid surface to better disguise themselves.

   The Locomeleon's tongue produces a ridiculous tooting sound as it springs out at prey.
