FESTERLING (Type D)

CLASS: ZOMBIE SPAWN

The common result of mindless zombies attempting reproduction. These short, flesh-eating mutants are comprised almost entirely of living matter, but retain their parent's regenerative capabilities and continue to carry the zombism virus in their bodily fluids. While no two are completely identical, certain common mutations group Festerling into five distinctive types. Type D, also known as the Gummy, differs drastically from other types with its primitive body structure, loose, wrinkled skin and massive, rasping teeth. It is likely that this form begins to deviate from the standard zombie offspring at a much earlier stage in embryonic development.
