Larger and stronger but far slower than the Paraseethe, the Eyezome prefers to conceal itself and ambush its victims, emitting a strong psychic pulse from its parasite-packed eyeballs to attract sentient beings. Grappling the victim with its sticky, elastic body, it regurgitates a torrent of worms into their new host's face. Its chitinous shell is employed as both a crude leg and an effective weapon, twirling and thrusting on a short, muscular stalk. Though omnivorous, it prefers vegetable matter over meat, especially fermented fruits.

   Eyezome reproduce through the same forced metamorphosis as the Paraseethe.
