This rare floating monster is sustained primarily on energy and light absorbed through its eyes (much like Eyedra) but cannot survive more than a few months without the consumption of vitreous jelly (eye tissue) which affects its body as a "youth serum". Even a single human eyeball can revitalize the creature for another eight weeks, but its thirst for such nourishment is nearly constant. It drains this precious tissue through its hollow claws, which function similarly to the fangs of a spider, and leaves its victims blind but alive.

   Despite the impressive size of the Eyejacker's own ocular orbs, they are so geared towards energy intake that the creature is itself completely blind. Fortunately, telepathic signals from its brain actually allow the Eyejacker to see through the eyes of its intended prey.
