Halloween Collecting Blog
I was born on Halloween of 1983, which is probably why
I'm so obsessed with monsters in the first place. Growing
up celebrating your birthday with Dracula, Elvira and
Quasimodo staring at you from every corner will do that
to a kid. Obviously, the season means a lot to me and
while I always bought a lot of spooky toys and
knick-knacks, I didn't get serious about it until around
2001. Now, I spend day after day from mid-august to
early november searching far and wide for unique new
additions to my massive collection.

In 2003, I sorted my existing collection into four rather
shoddy photo galleries with stupid, rambling commentary
for those few people I thought might be interested. As it
turned out, a LOT of people were interested, and I have
since added a new gallery or two each year to show off
my latest finds as well as my ever-improving ability to take
a photograph.
Finger puppets, rubber skeletons... I like this kind of
stuff but this is probably the least exciting section.
Definately the most interesting gallery, almost
everything here is downright freaky.
Flashlights, spooky cookware  and anything else
technically not a toy.
Just another "general" section, but leaning towards
larger and more complex things like wind-ups.
