>Ask a Few More Questions

FERN:

So Chip, do you know where Dr. Phage and Mizer are currently?

CHIP:

W-w-way ahead of y-you...I can r-read comments too you know.

CHIP:

Hmmmmmm...It app-p-pears Mizer is c-c-currently t-posing in the cafeteria, whereas d-d-doctor Phage is t-posing in the p-patient ward.

FERN:

Uh, okay.

Anything you can tell me about a Dr. Fleagood, by the way? Or Rory? Or any of the other doctors?

CHIP:

I'm afraid t-t-top personnel files are currently l-locked and remaining staff directories are still c-c-compiling, but h-head ward doctors presently inc-c-c-clude:

DR. H.M. PHAGE, T.E.

DR. PHLEBOTO MIZER

DR. CIRCULA TORI

DR. GYNNIE SPECULA

DR. FLEAGOOD

DR. RORY SHOCK

I am n-not c-c-currently able to access any further information, but no active f-files are behaving any more suspiciously than any other. Empty f-files likely rrrrrr///rrrrepresent doctors who are presently m-m-m-missing or whose wards have c-collapsed.

FERN:

...Okay...how does Doctor Man fit in? His office was abandoned.

CHIP:

SEARCHING...S-SEARCHING...

N-NO RESULTS FOUND. Did You Mean Duct Tape Man?

FERN:

Uh, no. Who's...never mind.

...Dr. Man was a human, like me, or looked like one anyway. I'm pretty sure you knew who he was before. Now his office is trashed and we don't know where he went.

CHIP:

If he was indeed a d-doctor with his own w-w-ward and m-medical field, then the case would be that hospital deterioration has either f-folded his role into the staff of another w-ward or he has t-temporarily ceased to exist in hosp//ital conntinuity.

FERN:

So the Hospital has shuffled him somewhere, or lost track of him completely.

CHIP:

C-correct.

FERN:

Hm...

Okay, one last thing, do you know how I might be able to restore computer access in the maternity ward?

CHIP:

Every w-w-ward should have a central computer access r-room such as this one, but I b-b-believe they have been degraded. S-somewhere in the Maternity Ward would be something that u-used to be an extension of my being and may require some manner of repair. I am afraid I cannot det-t-termine its form.

FERN:

Gotcha. I'll keep an eye out for anything computery, I guess. Thanks for all your help.
